Vadilal Dairy International has informed BSE that its Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, 13th August 2025 at 4:30 PM at the registered office in Tarapur, Boisar. The main agenda is to consider and approve the un-audited financial results along with the Limited Review Report for the quarter ended 30th June 2025 (Q1 FY26).
