EBITDA margin improved significantly to 10.3% from 8.3% in Q4 FY25, driven by higher in-house brand contribution, better realization, and cost efficiencies. The company achieved its target of ~50% in-house brand contribution to B2C revenue a year ahead of schedule. Operating cash flow was Rs. 305 Cr and free cash flow was Rs. 272 Cr. Total dividend payout for FY26 was ~Rs. 100 crore. The company expanded in Germany with ~20% increase in TAM and ~25% revenue from lifestyle products.
Strong margin expansion and cash generation indicate operational efficiency improvements. The early achievement of in-house brand targets and dividend payout strength are positive signals for shareholders. The stock may see upward pressure given the robust PAT growth and improved profitability metrics.
