Vaibhav Global reported Q4 FY25 revenue of ₹850 crores (up 8% YoY) and full-year FY25 revenue of ₹3,380 crores (up 11% YoY). Profit after tax surged 62% YoY in Q4 to ₹34 crores, with FY25 PAT at ₹153 crores. Gross margins remained healthy at 62.1% in Q4 and 63.1% for the year, while EBITDA margins held at 8.3% (Q4) and 9.4% (FY25). Digital sales mix grew to 41% with a 5-year CAGR of 16%, and the company guided to reach 50% digital contribution by FY27. The company remains net cash positive at ₹170 crores, generated ₹162 crores operating cash flow and ₹127 crores free cash flow, and recommended a final dividend of ₹1.5/share, taking total FY25 payout to 65%. Management guided for 8-12% FY26 revenue growth supported by operating leverage, with mid-teens growth targeted for future periods. Germany grew 18.7% in local currency and is moving toward EBITDA profitability in FY26, while Ideal World maintained EBITDA profitability in H2.
Shareholders get clarity on continued growth momentum with management's forward guidance of 8-12% revenue growth and operating leverage benefits in FY26. The strong 65% dividend payout, net cash position, and accelerating digital mix should support investor confidence, though UK remains a drag on overall performance.
