Vakrangee Limited announced its unaudited financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). On a standalone basis, revenue from operations rose modestly to Rs. 4,744.59 lakhs from Rs. 4,678.29 lakhs in Q1 FY25, while profit after tax jumped nearly 48% to Rs. 294.07 lakhs (from Rs. 199.15 lakhs). On a consolidated basis, revenue grew to Rs. 6,883.83 lakhs (from Rs. 5,870.16 lakhs) and consolidated PAT rose to Rs. 331.90 lakhs (from Rs. 223.47 lakhs), with the ATM business segment turning profitable at Rs. 35.49 lakhs segment result versus a loss last year. The Board also approved a 10:1 share consolidation (10 shares of Rs.1 each into 1 share of Rs.10), subject to shareholder and NCLT approval, citing the aim of improving liquidity and rebuilding investor confidence. The company withdrew its earlier preferential warrant allotment plan in June 2025 and appointed a new Secretarial Auditor, a new Independent Director, and re-appointed another Independent Director.
The sharp standalone and consolidated PAT growth of roughly 48% year-on-year is the key positive, driven by lower operating costs in the ATM segment. The 10:1 share consolidation will not change overall value for shareholders but will reduce share count to about 10.83 crore and increase the per-share price proportionally once effective, pending approvals.
