Valecha Engineering confirms not a Large Corporate under SEBI framework

Valecha Engineering has informed BSE and NSE that it does not qualify as a 'Large Corporate' under SEBI's November 26, 2018 circular on fund raising via debt securities. As a result, the company states the requirement to submit Initial or Annual disclosures under this framework is not applicable to it. The letter, signed by CFO Anil Korpe, was filed purely as a compliance confirmation of non-applicability.
