Valiant Communications has successfully completed a field evaluation (PoC) of its VCL-2156 Dual-Band GPS and NavIC NTP Time Server for the Indian Armed Forces. The system was tested under normal conditions, deliberate jamming, and coordinated spoofing attempts across L1 and L5 frequency bands, maintaining accurate time synchronization throughout. The platform features anti-spoofing intelligence, multi-constellation support (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, NavIC), and automatic recovery after interference. The VCL-2156 is an indigenous solution designed for defence and critical infrastructure use, where reliable GNSS timing is essential. CEO Inder Mohan Sood highlighted the milestone as a demonstration of secure, made-in-India timing technology for real-world operational environments.
This successful defence-sector validation strengthens Valiant's positioning for potential Indian Armed Forces contracts and broader critical infrastructure opportunities. It enhances credibility around the company's indigenous GNSS timing portfolio, which could be a positive catalyst for order inflows from defence, telecom, power, and banking clients.
