Value Industries 63rd CoC meeting of Videocon group set for July 17

Value Industries has informed stock exchanges about the 63rd meeting of the Committee of Creditors scheduled for Friday, July 17, 2026. The meeting is part of the ongoing consolidated Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process covering 13 Videocon group companies. The insolvency process was admitted by NCLT in September 2018. Abhijit Guhathakurta continues as Resolution Professional. This is a routine procedural intimation with no new resolution announced.
