Vantage Knowledge Academy reported FY25 revenue from operations of Rs. 348.78 lakhs, down about 19% from Rs. 431.52 lakhs in FY24. Total income fell to Rs. 376.73 lakhs from Rs. 472.82 lakhs. Profit before tax dropped sharply to Rs. 102.11 lakhs (vs Rs. 192.22 lakhs), and net profit for the year declined to Rs. 75.56 lakhs from Rs. 138.75 lakhs, a fall of roughly 45%. The fourth quarter alone swung to a loss of Rs. 106.15 lakhs versus a profit of Rs. 18.58 lakhs in Q4 FY24, dragged by lower revenue (Rs. 80.10 lakhs vs Rs. 200.73 lakhs) and higher employee and other expenses. Weak set of numbers for shareholders — full-year revenue and profits shrank meaningfully, and Q4 turned into a loss, which could weigh on the stock in the near term. The clean audit opinion is a positive, but the sharp drop in profitability and shrinking margins are red flags worth monitoring.
