The Board of Vapi Enterprise Ltd (formerly Vapi Paper Mills Ltd), at its meeting on 11 August 2025, approved the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2025 along with the Limited Review Report by statutory auditors M.I. Shah & Co. Total income from operations rose to ₹61.74 lakh in Q1 FY26, up from ₹50.25 lakh in Q1 FY25 – a year-on-year growth of about 23%. However, profit before tax was largely flat at around ₹11.96 lakh (vs ₹12.00 lakh) as expenses rose faster than revenue (₹51.56 lakh vs ₹39.75 lakh). Total comprehensive income grew sharply from ₹27.75 lakh to ₹39.60 lakh. The company continues to operate in a single segment.
Revenue growth of ~23% YoY is a positive signal, but flat PBT despite rising costs indicates margin pressure. Shareholders should note two auditor red flags: non-provisioning of employee benefits under Ind AS-19 and the absence of an audit trail feature in the company's accounting software, both flagged in the Emphasis of Matter paragraph.
