Vardhman Acrylics has submitted to NSE copies of newspaper publications of its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2025, as required under SEBI's Listing Regulations. The results were published in 'Desh Sewak' on 20 July 2025 and in 'Business Standard' on 21 July 2025. For Q1 FY26, total income from operations rose to Rs. 73.05 crore, up from Rs. 61.14 crore in the same quarter last year (around 19% growth). However, net profit after tax fell sharply to Rs. 1.75 crore versus Rs. 4.34 crore in Q1 FY25, a drop of nearly 60%. EPS (face value Rs. 10) came in at Rs. 0.22, compared with Rs. 0.54 a year ago. The filing was signed by Company Secretary Satin Katyal and approved by Chairman S.P. Oswal.
Mixed picture for shareholders: revenue grew year-on-year, but profitability was squeezed hard, with net profit down around 60% versus Q1 FY25. Watch for margin commentary and any one-off costs in the detailed results, as weaker earnings may weigh on near-term sentiment despite healthy top-line growth.
