Vardhman Concrete files share capital audit report for Q1 FY27

Vardhman Concrete submitted its quarterly Share Capital Reconciliation Audit Report for Q1 FY27, quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company has 71.56 lakh shares of Rs 10 face value, all listed on BSE. Of these, 91.7 percent are held in demat form (CDSL 57.91 percent, NSDL 33.79 percent) and 8.3 percent remain in physical form. No changes in share capital occurred during the quarter, no pending demat requests, and the Register of Members is updated. The company is still in the process of appointing a Compliance Officer.
