Vardhman Special Steels has submitted a newspaper publication to the exchanges, as required by SEBI. The notice informs shareholders about a special window, open from February 5, 2026 to February 4, 2027, for transfer and dematerialisation of physical shares bought or sold before April 1, 2019. It also covers earlier transfer requests that were rejected or returned due to document issues. Shares transferred will be credited to the transferee in demat mode with a one year lock-in.
