Vardhman Special Steels Limited has appointed Mr. Dinesh Singh as Vice-President Technical (Forging & New Product Development) effective 14th April 2026. The appointment was made on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board via resolution by circulation. Mr. Singh, aged 45 years, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Metallurgy) from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh. He brings over 21 years of experience in the Steel Industry, with more than 15 years of that tenure at VSSL. Notably, Mr. Singh had previously left the company in November 2025 for personal reasons and is now rejoining at a senior level position.
This is a routine senior management appointment and does not indicate any governance concerns. Rehiring an experienced executive who previously rose to Vice-President level may be positive for operational continuity in the technical and R&D functions.
