Vardhman Textiles has executed an amendment to its Share Subscription and Shareholders' Agreement with Renew Green Energy Solutions Private Limited and Renew Green (MPR Four) Private Limited. The amendment modifies subscription amounts for a 19 MW AC Wind Solar Hybrid Power Plant project in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh. The User Shareholder Subscription Amount has been changed to Rs. 24.46 crore and the Promoter Subscription Amount to Rs. 53.41 crore. All other terms remain unchanged. The hybrid plant (26.4 MW wind and 15 MW solar capacity) will supply power exclusively to Vardhman Textiles under Captive Rules.
This amendment reflects updated capital commitments for Vardhman's renewable energy captive power project, ensuring cost-effective energy supply for their textile operations while maintaining the JV structure with Renew Green.
