Vardhman Textiles has amended its existing Share Subscription and Shareholders Agreement with Renew Green Energy Solutions Private Limited and Renew Green (MPR Four) Private Limited. The amendment pertains to a 19 MW AC Wind Solar Hybrid Power Plant (26.4 MW wind plus 15 MW solar capacity) being set up in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh. The revised subscription amounts are Rs. 24.46 crore for User Shareholder and Rs. 53.41 crore for Promoter, with all other terms remaining unchanged.
