Varroc Engineering reported Q4 FY26 revenue of Rs. 23,681 million (up 12.8% YoY) and full-year FY26 revenue of Rs. 88,905 million (up 9.0% YoY). The company achieved its highest-ever net new order wins in FY26 with annual peak revenue potential of Rs. 32,889 million, with over 65% from EV models. PBT margin before exceptional items improved by 50 basis points to 4.3% in FY26 compared to 3.8% in FY25. Net debt was reduced by Rs. 2,528 million during the year, ending at Rs. 4,952 million. EV revenue contribution grew 39% YoY to approximately 13% of total revenue. The board recommended a dividend of 150% of face value.
Strong order book growth, particularly in EV segment, combined with margin improvement and significant debt reduction signals operational strength. The company is transitioning toward EV-related products while maintaining profitability gains.
