Varroc Engineering reported its highest ever quarterly revenue of ₹23,681 million in Q4 FY26, marking 12.8% YoY growth. Full year FY26 revenue stood at ₹88.9 billion with 9% growth. The company achieved record-breaking net new business wins worth ₹32,889 million in annualized peak revenues. EBITDA margin improved to 9.7% in Q4 and 9.4% for FY26.
