Varun Beverages Q2 Results: Net profit rises 15% to ₹1,525 crore, revenue up 20%

Varun Beverages reported strong Q2 CY2026 results with net profit rising 15.1% year-on-year to Rs 1,525.36 crore and revenue growing 20.4% to Rs 8,451.23 crore, driven by robust volume growth in both India and international markets. EBITDA climbed 17.2% to Rs 2,343.04 crore, while gross margin improved 44 basis points to 55.0%. However, EBITDA margin narrowed 76 basis points to 27.7% due to consolidation of the lower-margin Twizza business.
