Vascon Engineers shared its May 2025 investor presentation highlighting FY25 results and business outlook. Total order book stands at Rs. 2,825 Cr, which is 2.8x of FY25 EPC revenues, with government projects contributing ~78%. The company reported its highest-ever quarterly revenue of Rs. 390 Cr in Q4 FY25 and full-year revenue of Rs. 1,090 Cr. Net debt dropped sharply to Rs. 17 Cr as of March 2025 from Rs. 124 Cr in June 2024, supported by a credit rating upgrade from CRISIL (BBB+ to A- stable) in October 2024. A new order worth Rs. 225 Cr was secured from Royal Rides in April 2025. Management highlighted that higher capacity utilization (currently 90%) and the strong order pipeline will drive profitability improvement and balance sheet strengthening in coming quarters.
Positive for shareholders: strong order book visibility, sharply reduced net debt, rating upgrade, and highest-ever quarterly revenue signal improving financial health. The Rs. 2,825 Cr order book provides multi-year execution visibility, though EBITDA margin contraction to 9% in FY25 (from 11% in FY24) is a watch point.
