Vaswani Industries has completed expanding its Billet manufacturing capacity from 66,000 MT per annum to 1,50,000 MT per annum in June 2025, more than doubling its production capacity. Trial runs are currently underway, and commercial production will begin once the Pollution Control Department grants the Consent to Operate. The company is also progressing on 66.50 MWp of solar power projects across Chhattisgarh, with 16.25 MWp already operational. The 13.75 MWp project at Mohbhatta saw module installation delayed due to heavy rainfall in July 2025 and is now expected to be operational by end of November 2025. The larger 36.25 MWp project at the same location has secured bank finance from Union Bank of India, with module installation commenced and commissioning targeted for November–December 2025.
Once commercial production begins, the more than doubled billet capacity could significantly boost revenue and margins, while the solar projects should reduce long-term power costs. Investors should watch for timely receipt of the regulatory approval and any further monsoon-related delays affecting commissioning timelines.
