Vedanta AGM 2026: All 8 resolutions passed, results filed

Vedanta's 61st AGM held on 14 July 2026 saw all 8 resolutions pass with voting results filed. Adoption of FY26 standalone financials got 99.86% in favor, consolidated financials 99.92%, interim dividend confirmation 100%, and appointment of MSKA & Associates as statutory auditors for 5 years got 99.97%. Dr. Meena Hemchandra appointed as Independent Director with 99.53% support. Notable dissent on Chairman Anil Agarwal's re-appointment (91.13% in favor, 8.87% against) and Executive Director Arun Misra's re-appointment (95.34% in favor, 4.66% against).
