Vedavaag Systems has published its un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 in Business Standard (English) and Ninadam (Telugu) on August 15, 2025, as required under SEBI LODR Regulation 47. On a standalone basis, total income from operations rose to Rs. 2,563.75 lakhs in Q1 FY26 from Rs. 1,702.00 lakhs in Q1 FY25 (about 51% YoY growth), while net profit after tax stood at Rs. 161.21 lakhs versus Rs. 178.01 lakhs in the year-ago quarter. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew to Rs. 3,110.91 lakhs from Rs. 2,229.36 lakhs YoY, and net profit after tax rose to Rs. 215.49 lakhs from Rs. 203.16 lakhs. Sequentially (vs Q4 FY25), standalone PAT jumped from Rs. 104.24 lakhs to Rs. 161.21 lakhs and consolidated PAT from Rs. 49.22 lakhs to Rs. 215.49 lakhs. Standalone EPS for the quarter was Rs. 0.69, while consolidated EPS was Rs. 0.92.
Strong sequential rebound in profitability, especially on a consolidated basis, and healthy YoY revenue growth should be viewed positively by shareholders. The slight YoY dip in standalone net profit despite higher revenue may warrant attention to margins. As this is a procedural newspaper publication of already-filed results, the impact on the stock price is likely limited to confirmation of the previously reported numbers.
