Vedavaag Systems' board, on November 14, 2025, approved its unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, along with the limited review reports from statutory auditors Pary & Co. Standalone Q2 revenue came in at Rs 1,896.93 lakhs (essentially flat YoY against Rs 1,874.59 lakhs, but down ~26% sequentially from Q1). Standalone H1 revenue, however, grew ~24.7% YoY to Rs 4,460.68 lakhs. Profitability weakened materially: standalone Q2 PAT fell to Rs 110.72 lakhs (vs Rs 191.04 lakhs) and H1 PAT to Rs 271.93 lakhs (vs Rs 369.05 lakhs, a ~26% YoY decline). On a consolidated basis, H1 revenue was Rs 5,273.13 lakhs with PAT of Rs 337.44 lakhs, down ~29% YoY. PBT margins compressed sharply (standalone H1 from ~13.8% to ~8.8%) on higher other expenses, depreciation and finance costs. Operating cash flow also weakened, with standalone H1 OCF at just Rs 76.23 lakhs versus Rs 441.80 lakhs a year ago.
Despite healthy top-line growth on a half-yearly basis, sharply falling profits and compressing margins are a clear concern for shareholders — the stock may react negatively given the steep PAT decline and weaker cash generation.
