Mr. Abhijit Tikekar, who currently serves as Company Secretary and Head – Legal (Key Managerial Personnel), has been given the additional responsibility of heading Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at Veedol Corporation. His designation will change to Company Secretary and Head – Legal & CSR, effective 1st April 2026. There is no change in his KMP status, and he continues in his existing roles alongside this new responsibility.
