Veerhealth Care reported FY26 total revenues of ₹33.29 crore, up 86% year-on-year, with EBITDA at ₹3.27 crore (up 82.68% YoY). However, EBITDA margin contracted 181 basis points to 9.82% and net profit grew only 38.16% to ₹0.54 crore, as Q4FY26 was hit by a ₹0.31 crore forex loss and a ₹0.49 crore deferred tax provision. During the year, the company secured fresh orders totalling over ₹13 crore from US exports, domestic pharmacy chains, and a leading FMCG company, and onboarded its Ayuveer brand on Myntra. Management guided for FY27 revenues of ₹70-75 crore with a 7-10% PAT margin and targets ₹100 crore in revenue within 24 months, supported by plans to enter the US medical device market and ongoing discussions for oral care exports to Russia.
The sharp revenue jump and ambitious forward guidance are positive signals, but shrinking margins and the very small absolute profit base may temper near-term investor enthusiasm. Shareholders should track execution on US and Russia expansion plans and whether margins recover in FY27.
