Veerhealth Care's board approved unaudited financial results for Q2 and H1 FY26 ending September 30, 2025. Revenue from operations stood at Rs. 398 lakhs for the quarter (down from Rs. 514.71 lakhs in Q2 FY25) but H1 revenue rose to Rs. 846.52 lakhs from Rs. 721.16 lakhs a year ago. Profit after tax for Q2 was Rs. 25.22 lakhs (vs Rs. 29.88 lakhs in Q2 FY25), while H1 PAT improved to Rs. 49.28 lakhs from Rs. 42.02 lakhs. H1 EPS came in at Rs. 0.25 versus Rs. 0.25 previously. The board also accepted the resignation of Mr. Rony Mukesh Shah as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
