The portfolio comprises 2,012 rooms across 13 hotels, with an average room rate of ₹22,806.57, occupancy of 63.99%, and RevPAR of ₹14,594.71. Income from annuity assets was ₹5,032.36 million with 99% committed occupancy. The KPIs have been certified by G S K A & Co., Chartered Accountants.
Strong financial performance with triple-digit percentage growth in profit reflects successful integration of newly consolidated subsidiaries (including Kudakurathu Island Resorts from January 2025) and portfolio expansion. The healthy net borrowings-to-equity ratio of 0.24x indicates manageable leverage, which is positive for bondholders and equity investors.
