Ventura Guaranty Limited's board approved unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for Q3 and nine months ended December 31, 2025. On a consolidated basis, total revenue from operations fell to ₹6,304.61 lakhs in Q3 (vs ₹6,407.20 lakhs YoY) and to ₹18,408.67 lakhs for nine months (vs ₹21,789.82 lakhs), reflecting a roughly 15.5% YoY decline. Brokerage income was the main drag, falling from ₹13,909.29 lakhs to ₹9,765.57 lakhs for nine months. Q3 consolidated PAT grew strongly to ₹657.28 lakhs (vs ₹520.61 lakhs, ~26% growth), but nine-month PAT dropped sharply to ₹1,859.59 lakhs (vs ₹4,198.79 lakhs). Standalone Q3 PAT jumped to ₹437.21 lakhs from a loss of ₹9.67 lakhs earlier. The board also noted a ₹181 lakh loss at subsidiary Ventura Securities due to employee misconduct, appointed Mrs. Shilpa Majethia (spouse of the Whole-time Director) as Additional Director, designated Mr. Manish Patel as Board Chairperson, and confirmed allotment of 6,58,745 shares under the recently effective Kashmira Investment & Leasing amalgamation.
Mixed signals for shareholders: weak top-line and sharply lower nine-month consolidated profits point to brokerage pressure, while Q3 profitability improved and the Kashmira amalgamation is now fully reflected. The ₹181 lakh subsidiary loss from employee misconduct and a related-party director appointment are minor governance flags, but auditor opinions remain unmodified.
