Venus Remedies Limited has published its audited financial results for FY 2025-26 (year ended March 31, 2026). On a consolidated basis, total income stood at Rs. 259.40 crore compared to Rs. 197.66 crore in the previous year. Profit after tax more than doubled to Rs. 102.80 crore from Rs. 45.31 crore in FY 2024-25. Earnings per share (diluted) improved significantly to Rs. 58.78 from Rs. 45.31. The board also recommended a dividend of 13.37% (Rs. 1.337 per equity share of Rs. 10 each). On a standalone basis, revenue from operations was Rs. 644.47 crore, with profit after tax of Rs. 14.79 crore.
Strong year-on-year growth with PAT more than doubling indicates improving operational efficiency and profitability. The doubling of EPS and 30% revenue growth are positive signals for shareholders, though standalone PAT appears modest compared to consolidated figures.
