Veranda Learning Solutions' wholly owned subsidiary VALSPL has completed the acquisition of the remaining 6.52% equity stake in both Neyyar Academy Private Limited and Neyyar Education Private Limited, taking its holding to 100%. The acquisition was for 864 shares of Neyyar Academy and 701 shares of Neyyar Education at Rs.10 each, settled in cash. As a result, both Neyyar entities have now become wholly owned subsidiaries of VALSPL. This follows earlier intimations from May 2023 and May 17, 2025 regarding the initial acquisitions of these two companies.
