Veranda Learning Solutions' wholly-owned subsidiary, Veranda Administrative Learning Solutions Private Limited (VALSPL), has completed the acquisition of the remaining 9.60% equity stake (4,924 shares of Rs.10 each) in Veranda K-12 Learning Solutions Private Limited for cash consideration. Following this buyout, Veranda K-12 has become a wholly owned subsidiary of VALSPL. The company had previously disclosed initial tranches of this acquisition in May 2023 and May 2025. This final leg completes the consolidation of Veranda K-12, which was formerly known as Educare Infrastructure Services Private Limited.
