Veranda Learning Solutions disclosed three key outcomes from its May 30, 2026 board meeting. First, the company is changing its statutory auditor from Deloitte Haskins & Sells to Suresh Surana & Associates LLP, effective from the 8th AGM, after Deloitte completed its 5-year term. Second, Chief Operating Officer Mr. Aditya Malik is being transferred to associate company SNVA Veranda Limited effective May 31, 2026, to focus on the vocational education vertical. Third, the board approved re-appointing Mr. Kalpathi S Suresh as Chairman & Managing Director for another 3 years starting October 28, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. All three matters require member/regulatory approvals.
