Veranda Learning Solutions has transferred two of its Senior Management Personnel to its subsidiaries as part of an internal restructuring, effective May 5, 2025. Mr. Rajesh Pankaj, the Chief Programme Officer, has been moved to Veranda K-12 Learning Solutions Private Limited, while Mr. Pravin Menon, the Chief Marketing Officer, has been shifted to Veranda Race Learning Solutions Private Limited.
