Vibhor Steel Tubes reported 16.24% revenue growth in Q4FY26 at Rs 335.13 crore, driven by capacity additions and strong demand from infrastructure and real estate sectors. EBITDA rose 26.15% to Rs 15.34 crore, showing improved operational efficiency. However, net profit declined 42.12% to Rs 2.57 crore due to higher finance costs and depreciation from the newly commissioned Odisha plant. For the full year FY26, operating income grew 15.35% to Rs 1149.35 crore while net profit fell 25.32% to Rs 8.79 crore. The company recently started commercial production at its 156,000 MTPA greenfield facility in Odisha with a total investment of Rs 119.83 crore. Over 80% of revenue comes from contract manufacturing for Jindal Pipes under the Jindal Star brand.
Positive revenue momentum offset by profit decline due to new plant costs; shareholders may see stock price stable as investors weigh growth investments against near-term margin pressure.
