Vibhor Steel Tubes reported Q1 FY26 (ended June 30, 2025) standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 230.96 crore, up about 2.8% from Rs. 224.75 crore in Q1 FY25. Net profit rose roughly 4% to Rs. 3.14 crore from Rs. 3.02 crore, with EPS of Rs. 1.66 versus Rs. 1.59. The new tower facility at the Odisha plant commenced operations on June 24, 2025. The board also approved incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary in the hotels and hospitality business to be based in Hisar, Haryana. Additionally, the board re-appointed the Cost Auditor and Internal Auditor for FY26 and appointed KRS AND CO. as the new Secretarial Auditor for five years through FY30.
Modest top-line and bottom-line growth, with new capacity coming online at the Odisha plant offering future revenue potential. The move into hospitality via a wholly-owned subsidiary is outside the core steel tubes business and may draw investor scrutiny, though the company has flagged it as a related-party arrangement to be conducted at arm's length.
