Vibhor Steel Tubes reported Q4FY25 standalone net profit of Rs 4.44 crore, down from Rs 4.89 crore in Q4FY24 but up 28.86% sequentially from Rs 3.43 crore in Q3FY25. Operating income for the quarter rose 16.6% sequentially to Rs 288.3 crore, while EBITDA grew 23.95% QoQ to Rs 12.16 crore. For the full year FY25, net profit fell to Rs 11.77 crore from Rs 17.72 crore, and operating income slipped to Rs 996.38 crore from Rs 1,072.71 crore. The company inaugurated a new galvanizing plant in Telangana, doubling capacity there to 48,000 MTPA, and is expanding into high-margin products like crash barriers and monopoles. About 80% of revenue comes from the Jindal Star brand under a contract manufacturing deal with Jindal Pipes.
Sequential improvement is a positive sign, but YoY declines in both revenue and profit for FY25 suggest ongoing margin pressure. Management's upbeat FY26 guidance and capacity expansion could support future growth, though heavy dependence on a single customer (Jindal Star) remains a risk for shareholders.
