Viceroy Hotels Limited has signed a Sale Deed on 31st December 2025 to acquire property (floors 9-12, ground floor lobby, basement, and undivided land share of 2,327.06 sq. yards) at 'SLN Terminus' in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, totalling about 1,57,242 sq. ft. The property is currently operated as a Marriott-associated hotel by SLN Terminus Hotels and Resorts Private Limited. This follows shareholder approval for the acquisition given on 27th December 2025. The deal is with 11 individuals and Terminus Ventures Private Limited, and is classified as a related party transaction since Mr. S. Prabhaker Reddy (MD of SLN Terminus) is also a director and significant shareholder of Viceroy Hotels.
