Vidya Wires Ltd reported strong audited results for FY26 ending March 2026. Standalone revenue grew 23.7% to ₹18,297.09 million from ₹14,791.19 million, while consolidated revenue increased 24.2% to ₹18,396.39 million from ₹14,807.72 million. Standalone PAT rose 46.4% to ₹600.96 million (FY25: ₹410.54 million) and consolidated PAT grew 42.1% to ₹576.55 million (FY25: ₹405.58 million). EPS improved from ₹2.56 to ₹2.82 on standalone basis. The company listed on BSE/NSE in December 2025 via IPO raising ₹3,000.05 million. The Board also noted the resignation of Company Secretary Mr. Alpesh Makwana. Statutory auditors M/s O.P. Rathi & Co. issued unmodified opinions on both standalone and consolidated financials.
Strong profitability growth exceeding 25% PAT growth is positive for shareholders. However, negative operating cash flow of ₹92.90 million and heavy capex investment of ₹1,020 million for subsidiary project may raise concerns about near-term cash generation despite the IPO proceeds.
