Vijay Solvex's Board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025. Standalone FY25 revenue from operations was largely flat at Rs. 1,83,073 Lacs versus Rs. 1,82,923 Lacs in FY24, but standalone net profit surged sharply to Rs. 1,927.23 Lacs from just Rs. 236.39 Lacs a year ago. Consolidated net profit also rose to Rs. 1,842.58 Lacs versus Rs. 293.94 Lacs in FY24. The Q4 standalone net profit of Rs. 392.02 Lacs was lower than Rs. 668.59 Lacs in Q4 FY24, despite higher revenue of Rs. 47,642 Lacs. The Board also appointed M/s Rajesh & Co. as Cost Auditor for FY25-26 and M/s Arun Jain & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY25-26 to FY29-30), subject to shareholder approval. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
The sharp jump in annual profits on essentially flat revenue signals significantly improved margins, likely from better input costs or product mix, which is a positive for shareholders. However, the declining sequential profit trend and stagnant top-line suggest growth momentum remains weak, and the stock reaction will depend on whether this margin expansion is seen as sustainable.
