Vijay Solvex Ltd reported audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2026. Revenue from operations grew 29.3% YoY to Rs 2,36,623.30 Lacs (FY26) from Rs 1,83,073.01 Lacs (FY25), driven primarily by the Edible Oils segment (Rs 2,34,367.97 Lacs). Standalone net profit increased marginally by 2.3% to Rs 1,879.56 Lacs, while consolidated net profit rose 4.8% to Rs 1,930.20 Lacs. The company appointed M/s Rajesh & Co. as Cost Auditor for FY 2026-27. Finance costs doubled to Rs 795.00 Lacs due to increased borrowings. Operating cash flow turned negative at Rs 6,135.38 Lacs, a significant deterioration from Rs 2,234.51 Lacs negative in FY25. Inventories increased substantially to Rs 18,621.83 Lacs from Rs 11,528.94 Lacs. Short-term borrowings nearly doubled to Rs 6,509.10 Lacs.
Strong revenue growth of 29.3% is offset by marginal profit growth and negative operating cash flow, indicating working capital pressures. The doubling of finance costs and increased borrowings raise concerns about financial leverage despite clean audit opinion.
