Vijaya Diagnostic reported its highest-ever quarterly revenue of INR 2,194 million in Q4 FY26, up 26.6% YoY. Full year FY26 revenue stood at INR 8,142 million with 19.5% growth. EBITDA for Q4 was INR 955 million (43.5% margin) and FY26 was INR 3,369 million (41.4% margin). PAT for Q4 was INR 479 million (21.8%) and FY26 was INR 1,730 million (21.2%). Management highlighted that revenues crossed INR 800 Crores with a 16.5% CAGR over five years since listing, beating their 15% guidance. EBITDA margins remained ahead of the 40% guidance throughout the year. The company plans to add 4-5 hubs and 10-12 spokes in FY27, along with a new automated lab in Hyderabad and advanced genomic testing capabilities.
Strong operational execution with margins exceeding guidance signals management's ability to scale profitably. The expansion into newer geographies with faster break-even timelines and technology investments in AI radiology should support continued growth. The stock appears well-positioned given consistent outperformance versus internal targets.
