Vijaya Diagnostic Centre filed its investor presentation for Q3 FY26 results, reporting revenue of INR 2,052 Mn, up 21.4% year-on-year. EBITDA grew 28.2% to INR 861 Mn with margin expanding 221 basis points to 41.9%, while profit after tax rose 22.3% to INR 432 Mn. For the nine-month period, revenue stood at INR 5,948 Mn (up 17.1% YoY) with EBITDA of INR 2,414 Mn at a 40.6% margin. The company added new hub centres in West Bengal (Phoolbagan and Diamond Harbour), Nandyal, and Khammam, bringing the total network to 162 centres across 27 cities. Footfalls reached 1.17 Mn in the quarter with revenue per footfall rising to INR 1,756 from INR 1,616 a year ago. The company also strengthened its leadership team by appointing a new CFO, CTO, and COO.
Strong margin expansion of 221 bps and double-digit revenue growth signal healthy operating performance, likely to be viewed positively by investors. Expansion into new geographies (Bengaluru, Pune, West Bengal) and improved revenue per footfall indicate the company's growth strategy is delivering results, though execution risk in new markets remains a watchpoint.
