Vijaya Diagnostic Centre filed its Q2 & H1 FY26 earnings investor presentation ahead of its scheduled analyst call. Q2 FY26 revenue grew 10.2% YoY to INR 2,016 Mn, with EBITDA of INR 818 Mn (40.6% margin, down 94 bps YoY) and PAT of INR 433 Mn (21.5% margin, down 155 bps YoY). H1 FY26 revenue rose 14.9% YoY to INR 3,896 Mn with EBITDA margin of 39.9%. The company announced new hub launches in Kasba (Kolkata), Nandyal (AP), and Khammam (Telangana), with Yelahanka Bengaluru hub reaching break-even within two quarters, well ahead of the one-year target. The Medinova Diagnostic Services merger was approved by NCLT effective April 1, 2024, and the company plans 4 more hubs and 1 spoke in H2 FY26 across West Bengal, RoAPT, and Hyderabad. Promoter holding stands at 52.6%, with FIIs at 18.3% and DIIs at 25.3%.
The results show healthy revenue growth driven by volume expansion, but margin contraction YoY may temper investor enthusiasm. Expansion momentum into Bengaluru, Kolkata, and tier-2/3 markets plus the Medinova merger integration are key positive triggers. Watch for margin trajectory and execution of the announced H2 FY26 hub openings.
