Vijaya Diagnostic Centre reported FY25 consolidated revenue of INR 681 crores, up 24% YoY with 19% organic growth, and EBITDA margin of 40.1% with PAT of INR 143 crores. Q4 FY25 revenue came in at INR 173 crores (up 12% YoY) with EBITDA margin of 39.8% and PAT of INR 35 crores. The company recently launched 6 new hubs across Pune, Bengaluru, and West Bengal, with 3 more hubs in West Bengal and 2 in Tier-2 AP/Telangana lined up for the coming months. Management guided for 15%+ revenue CAGR over the next 2-3 years, FY26 capex of INR 145-150 crores, and a 1-2% price hike on select tests. They also flagged a 1-2% EBITDA margin dip in the first 2-3 quarters of FY26 due to ramp-up costs at new hubs, expecting margins to normalise by year-end.
Near-term margins will be pressured by new hub pre-operative costs, but the multi-city expansion into Pune, Bengaluru, and West Bengal should support long-term growth and gradually reduce the company's dependence on Hyderabad (currently ~72% of revenue). Investors should watch for margin recovery in H2 FY26 as new hubs approach breakeven within a year of launch.
