Vikas Lifecare has told the stock exchanges that its trading window for insiders remains closed. The window was first shut from October 1, 2025 ahead of its Q2 FY26 results, but the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 have still not been finalised or shared with the exchanges, even after about six months. The window will now stay closed until 48 hours after the company announces results for Q2 FY26, Q3 FY26, and Q4/FY26. All designated persons and their immediate relatives have been told not to trade in the company's shares during this period. The date of the board meeting to approve these results will be communicated later.
The unusually long delay in publishing even the September 2025 quarter results is a concern for retail investors, as it may signal internal issues with financial reporting. Insiders being barred from trading for such an extended period also limits any positive insider-buying signals during this phase.
