Vikas WSP Limited has called its 36th Annual General Meeting for Saturday, 30th August 2025 at 12:00 PM, to be held via video conferencing (VC/OAVM) in line with MCA and SEBI circulars. The meeting is being convened by the Resolution Professional, Mr. Darshan Singh Anand, as the company has been under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) since 2nd February 2022, following a petition by Bank of India under Section 7 of the IBC, 2016.
