Vikram Aroma Limited filed a newspaper advertisement with BSE publishing its audited financial results for the quarter and full year ended 31 March 2025, as required under SEBI LODR Regulation 47. Total income from operations for Q4 FY25 stood at Rs 623.68 lakhs, up from Rs 412.22 lakhs in Q4 FY24, while full-year FY25 income was Rs 2,829.89 lakhs. The company, however, reported a net loss after tax of Rs 61.47 lakhs for Q4 FY25 and Rs 149.89 lakhs for the full year FY25. Loss per share for FY25 was Rs 4.78, compared with Rs 1.95 in the previous year. Results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board on 26 May 2025.
Revenue growth is encouraging but the company remains loss-making with widening full-year losses and negative EPS, which is a concern for shareholders awaiting a turn to profitability.
