Vikram Kamats Hospitality has shared its November 2025 investor presentation covering Q2 and H1 FY26 results. Q2 FY26 revenue grew 42.23% YoY to ₹120.01 Mn, while EBITDA jumped 70% to ₹25.16 Mn with margins expanding to 20.96% (from 17.54%). H1 FY26 revenue rose 47.16% to ₹249.52 Mn and EBITDA grew 76.52% to ₹53.54 Mn. However, PAT fell sharply — down 89% in Q2 and 53% in H1 — due to higher depreciation and finance costs from expansion. Key updates include the acquisition of a 101-room under-construction hotel in Daman, a long-term lease for a 40-room hotel at Manyata Tech Park Bengaluru by subsidiary Vitizen Hotels, and the launch of the 4th Kamats Legacy outlet at Mira Road. The company has 19+ hotels and 30+ restaurant outlets across Maharashtra and Gujarat.
Strong top-line growth and improving EBITDA margins signal healthy operational momentum and successful execution of the asset-light expansion strategy. However, the steep drop in PAT despite revenue growth highlights rising depreciation and finance costs, which may pressure near-term profitability even as the company scales up.
