Vikram Kamats Hospitality Ltd has issued a corrigendum to its earlier Postal Ballot notice (dated 14 August 2025) to correct and clarify certain details in Item No. 1 (points 9, 10, and 12) relating to a proposed preferential allotment of equity shares. The shares are proposed to be allotted entirely to Non-Promoter category allottees: KSK Energy Company Private Limited (6,66,670 shares, 3.89%), Pravan Holdings LLP (6,66,670 shares, 3.89%), Sunil Dhawan HUF (13,330 shares, 0.08%), and Rahul Anant Joshi (13,330 shares, 0.08%). The total issuance of 13,60,000 shares will increase the equity base from 1,57,75,865 to 1,71,35,865 shares. As a result of this preferential issue, promoter shareholding will dilute from 54.26% to 49.95%, while non-promoter shareholding rises from 45.74% to 50.05%.
