Vikran Engineering Limited reported strong revenue growth for FY26 with consolidated revenue rising 36.4% year-on-year to Rs 1,249.3 crore, driven by execution across Solar EPC, Power T&D, and infrastructure segments. Q4 FY26 revenue nearly doubled to Rs 647.4 crore compared to Rs 355.4 crore in Q4 FY25. PAT grew 17.8% to Rs 91.7 crore for the full year and 48.3% to Rs 56 crore in Q4. However, EBITDA margin compressed significantly from 17.5% to 14.0% for FY26 and from 19.1% to 14.2% in Q4, indicating rising cost pressures. The company completed acquisition of NOPL Solar Projects and commissioned a second 5 MW solar plant. Total order book stands at Rs 5,737 crore as on May 22, 2026, providing strong medium-term revenue visibility.
Revenue growth is robust but EBITDA margin compression is a concern for profitability; shareholders should monitor if the company can improve margins in FY27 as management has indicated.
